McDonald County Fair

Entry form for beef, dairy, bucket calf, poultry, rabbits, sheep, goats, and swine. Circle, the entry you are making. Use separate entry for each department.

Entry Deadline – July 1. All Exhibitors Must Pre-Enter. Make checks payable to “McDonald County Fair”. Late Entries will be charged a $5.00 late penalty fee. All livestock exhibitors must submit a signed conduct pledge with their entry form. All livestock exhibitors eligible for the Premium Sale must submit the Premium Sale Registration Form by July 1. Livestock exhibitors must be able to prove ownership of animal for a minimum of 60 days prior to the Fair by cancelled check, registration papers, notarized statement, or bill of sale. Bucket calves less than 60 days old still need to be able to prove ownership. Please list a phone number where the exhibitor can be reached during the fair.
